Returns & Exchange Policy

• Return & Exchange Policy – PalmTree Fashion Beach

  We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

  Conditions:

  • Items must be in perfect condition, with original tags and sanitary stickers still attached.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, stained, or have perfume/scent.

  • Sale items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for another size (if available) or another product.

  • Cash payments are non-refundable.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  Process:

  • Returns and exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the item(s).

  • If the return does not meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to the customer, and the delivery cost will be your responsibility.

  Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds (when eligible) are issued to the original payment method and may take 2–10 business days to appear.

  Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  Our team will get back to you within 24 business hours with return instructions.

Returns & Exchange Fees

Dubai:

• Exchange:  AED20 delivery fee.
• Return: AED20 delivery fee + 3,4% (card company fee) on the value of the returned item(s).
• Return of all items: AED20 delivery fee + 3,4% (card company fee) on the total purchase amount.
• Get a 100% refund as a coupon for future purchases – no deductions.

Rest of UAE:

• EXCHANGE: AED30 per order.
• Return: AED30 delivery fee + 3,4% (card company fee) on the value of the returned item(s).
• Return of all items: AED30 delivery fee + 3,4% (card company fee) on the total purchase amount.
• Get a 100% refund as a coupon for future purchases – no deductions.
