Returns & Exchange Policy
- PalmTree Fashion Beach accepts Returns&Exchange within 7 days after receiving the items.
- The product(s) must be in perfect conditions, with originals labels and sanitary stickers affixed to piece(s). PLEASE NOTE: Items that are damaged, soiled or smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify for a refund and can be refused.
- The Refund/Exchange only will be processed after we receive the item(s) and analyze the conditions of the product(s) in our company. In case the Return/Exchange does not meet the above criteria, it will be sent back to the customer and the delivery cost is customer’s responsibility.
- Refund amount once processed takes 2-10 business day to get back to the card used at the moment of the purchase
- Items on sale are not refundable but it can be exchanged for other size if available, or other products.
- Cash Payment is not refundable.
- Delivery Fee is not refundable.
How to Request:
- Send a request to our e-mail: Info@palmtreefashionbeach.com or to our WhatsApp +971 52 442 6932 containing the purchase order number and the reason for the Return/Exchange.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours (in working days) with the details for the return delivery.
Returns & Exchange Fees
- FREE FIRST EXCHANGE – Next exchange AED20 delivery fee.
- PARTIAL RETURN: AED20 delivery fee + 3% of the return purchase amount.
- RETURN of all items: AED20 delivery fee + 3% of the purchase amount.
Rest of UAE:
- EXCHANGE: AED30 per order.
- RETURNS: AED30 + 3% of the purchase amount.
- 3% refers to the card company fee.
Rest of World:
- International purchase can be returned in 14 days.
- International Returns&Exchange are at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- We do recommend to send your return using tracked delivery and then notify us of the tracking information.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged if sent without using a tracked courier service.
