🇦🇪 UAE Orders - We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags and sanitary stickers attached.
• Returns won’t be accepted for damaged, stained, or scented items.
• Final Sale items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged if stock is available.
• Cash and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once received the items, refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect on your bank statement. In some cases, it may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank.

Exchange Delivery Fees:

• Dubai: AED 20 delivery fee
• Rest of UAE: AED 30 delivery fee

🌍 International Orders

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
