Items must be in perfect condition, with original tags and sanitary stickers still attached.
Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, stained, or have perfume/scent.

- Exchange: AED20 delivery fee.
- Return: AED20 delivery fee + 3,4% (card company fee) on the value of the returned item(s).
- Return of all items: AED20 delivery fee + 3,4% (card company fee) on the total purchase amount.

Rest of UAE:
- EXCHANGE: AED30 per order.
- Return: AED30 delivery fee + 3,4% (card company fee) on the value of the returned item(s).

Rest of World:
- International purchase can be returned in 14 days.
- International Returns&Exchange are at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- We do recommend to send your return using tracked delivery and then notify us of the tracking information.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged if sent without using a tracked courier service.
